Martial arts are ideal for all ages. Training is designed to increase fitness, flexibility, concentration levels, co-ordination, discipline, self-esteem, confidence and martial art skills.
We hold separate classes for Adults and Families ensuring that students are developed according to ability and age. These classes typically start from age twelve onwards as we teach the full syllabus of TaeKwonDo. The classes incorporate all aspects of martial arts.
